As a Visual Merchandiser (code 07D25) your role is to create visually enticing displays that enhance the shopping experience and increase sales. You will present our products in an appealing manner to attract, engage, and motivate customers to purchase. The position requires creative flair, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a deep understanding of our target market to align visual presentation with our brand image. You will work closely with store management and sales teams to collaborate on merchandising strategies that maximize profitability and drive brand recognition.

• Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines.
• Create detailed floor plans and 3D displays to enhance store appeal.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align in-store displays with promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze sales figures to determine the effectiveness of display designs.
• Ensure that all in-store displays are regularly refreshed to maintain customer interest.
• Train in-store staff on the principles and techniques of visual merchandising.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative display techniques.
• Plan and execute store openings and product launch events with attractive displays.
• Ensure merchandising displays meet health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Source and order necessary props, materials, and display fixtures as needed.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for the production of bespoke display units.
• Conduct regular audits of store displays to ensure compliance with brand standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role within retail.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with a good eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and competitor activities in retail merchandising.
