This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of a new YouTube channel focused on real estate and property investing. As the primary video editor, you will be responsible for crafting compelling long form content that resonates with a wide audience. The position requires a strong sense of storytelling, the ability to incorporate emotional cues, and expertise in motion graphics to elevate the viewing experience. The role is full time on a contract basis, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes both remote editing and on site collaboration in Dubai. You will work closely with an established internet personality and entrepreneur, contributing to the growth and success of a dynamic online presence.

• Edit and assemble long form YouTube videos, ensuring high production value and engaging narratives.
• Integrate motion graphics, titles, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and viewer retention.
• Collaborate on creative direction, providing input on pacing, structure, and emotional impact.
• Prepare videos for upload, including color correction, audio balancing, and final quality checks.
• Participate in on site sessions in Dubai as needed for content planning and review.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to established deadlines for regular content releases.

• Proven experience editing YouTube content, with a portfolio demonstrating long form video work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong skills in motion graphics and visual effects, preferably using After Effects or similar tools.
• Ability to craft engaging stories with emotional resonance tailored to digital audiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to feedback.
• Availability for on site work in Dubai as part of a hybrid arrangement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of real estate or property investing content is a plus but not required.
