Associate Director at CAMAC Talent - Connecting The Top 2% of Go-To-Market Talent with SaaS, FinTech, AI Companies across EMEA, APAC & USA

A rapidly scaling fintech company is looking to appoint a Vice President of Sales to lead commercial growth across the Middle East and beyond. This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven sales leader with deep experience in building and scaling high-performing teams within financial technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the regional sales strategy, driving top-line growth across enterprise, mid-market, and strategic accounts
  • Build, manage, and scale a team of AEs and SDRs, with a strong focus on performance, coaching, and development
  • Drive pipeline growth through outbound strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align commercial execution with company objectives
  • Lead from the front on key deals and strategic customer relationships
Key Requirements
  • 8+ years in B2B fintech, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in fast-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem across the Middle East
  • Hands-on, data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • Based in, or open to relocating to, Dubai
