The Role

As VP of Online Growth Marketing, you will lead the strategy and execution of our online growth initiatives and customer journey from showroom to online. Reporting directly to the Executive VP of Marketing, youll be the architect behind our new customer acquisition strategies, with an acute focus on leveraging Carilohas showrooms in high-traffic retail destinations and other digitally native resources to scale results.

  • Online Revenue per Subscriber (RPS) from Showroom Customers

Responsibilities

  • Own Carilohas online growth strategy and customer journey from showroom to online.
  • Leverage all digitally native channels and emerging platforms to capture and grow sales once acquired from the showroom.
  • Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Managers, Regional Sales Directors (RSDs), Product, Creative and Sales Teams to ensure customer journey strategies align with business goals.
  • Coordinate with CRM, email, and lifecycle marketing teams to increase LTV and retention.
  • Identify and evaluate new tools, vendors, and platforms that can enhance growth outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership with transparent metrics, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital growth marketing, preferably in consumer products.
  • Proven track record scaling online customer acquisition and retention for high-growth omni-channel brands.
  • Fluent in performance marketing, customer journey, email funnels and e-commerce optimization.
  • Ability to translate data insights into effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with C-level execs and inspire confidence in our numbers and narrative.
