Vehicle Technician/Mechanic

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at JK Motors SW LTD.

We are looking for a Vehicle technician / Mechanic

Daily duties:

Accurately and skilfully undertake vehicle repairs, servicing and replacement of cambelts to a wide range of makes and models.
Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair.
To ensure the vehicles you work on are completed to the highest possible standards.
Working to set timeframes and targets.
Inspect vehicles for any damage or defects and report to management.
Making sure that all equipment and machinery is properly maintained and secure at all times, reporting any defects.
To be punctual with time keeping, using own initiative and maintaining a tidy working environment.
Other duties to support the branch as required.

Skills:

Experienced mechanic.
Competent in clutches and cambelts.
High level of attention to detail.
Self-motivation with the ability to work as part of a team.
The ability to multi-task.
Reliable and hard working.
Genuine interest in automotive industry.
Own hand tools required.
Flexible 'can do' attitude.
Full Uk driving licence essential.

Pay negotiable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £33,150.00-£39,780.00 per year
