An excellent locum opportunity for a Urologist in northern Indiana. The facility is seeking ongoing coverage with urgent dates available and potential extension into 2026.
Practice Highlights
• Clinic and hospital call coverage including rounding, consults, and clinic visits
• Adults only average 2 5 patients per day
• General Urology procedures required
• Robotics-trained candidates highly preferred
• EMR: EPIC
• Full travel covered
Candidate Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
• Active Indiana medical license
• CDS/CSR and DEA registration
• ACLS certification
• Robotics-trained Highly Preferred
Schedule & Coverage
• Urgent coverage needed for:
Dec 1 5, Dec 8 19, Dec
• Ongoing needs projected into 2026
• Credentialing:Payer Enrollment: days
Hospital Privileges: days
