We are seeking an Urologist to assist with clinic and hospital call coverage this December in Indiana. The provider will support adult patients through consults, rounding, and general urology procedures.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 AM 5 PM
- Call: 24 Hour on call
- Setting: Clinic and hospital call coverage (includes rounding, consults, clinic visits)
- Patient Population: Adults only
- Patient Volume: 2 5 patients per day
- Procedures: General urology procedures required
- EMR: Epic
- Travel: Full travel expenses covered
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- Active Indiana Medical License
- Controlled Substance (CDS) Certification and DEA with Indiana practice address
- ACLS Certification
- Robotics Training Highly Preferred
