Desired start date: ASAP with an approximate 90-day credentialing process
Schedule to include outpatient, inpatient, rounds, and clinic
Collaborative call rotation: 1:4 for sustainable work-life balance (to include some weekends)
Surgical and clinic schedule: Two dedicated OR days per week, 2.5 days in clinic
Providers typically see 22 patients daily, including two new patients
70-80 patients per day through the clinic
