- Call Schedule: No Call
- Compensation: Earning Potential up to $250,000 annually.- We offer an hourly patient volume incentive bonus for all Providers and an hourly solo bonus for NPs and PAs who are able to work solo shifts.

Time off requests are submitted in advance. Shift trades can be made after the schedule is published, if needed.
- Additional Info: Work with AFC, one of the largest urgent care systems throughout the nation, known for providing comprehensive and astute urgent care services. IDEAL CANDIDATES:-Candidates with UC experience preferred, will accept those with prior ICU/ER experience as an RN-Accepting new graduates who are proficient in UC procedures such as suturing, EKG, splinting, X-rays, etc. -Team-Oriented: Willing to work every other full weekend (Sat/Sun) and proportional holidays as part of the provider rotation-Must already be board-certified and licensed in MANEW GRADUATE SUPPORT: New grads receive strong initial support but must quickly become efficient and confident in independent decision-making. After training, they'll serve as the float or second provider in busy clinics, consulting with a Supervising Physician only as needed-especially for pediatric cases if lacking prior experience. The goal is to see 3 pts/hour, ramping up to 4+
