Current Clinic Provider Openings: West Lake, Parma, North Ridgeville, Amherst, Chagrin Falls, Concord, Shaker Heights, Ashtabula, Mentor, Willoughby. We offer Full Time (3 days per week) & Part Time (2 days per week) opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Physicians Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine (Required)
• Advanced degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (MUST be FNP only) or Physician Assistant program of study
• 1-2 years of Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care or Primary Care (Preferred)
• Unfortunately, we are NOT hiring new graduates at this time
• APP s PT & FT Opportunities, required minimum 24 hours per week (No PRN)
• Physicians PRN/PT/FT Opportunities
