We're seeking a talented and experienced UI / UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional designs for our web dashboard and mobile applications. You'll work closely with our development team to bring your designs to life, ensuring a seamless user experience across all our platforms.

• Design and implement a global design system with consistent margins and components
• Create user-centered designs for our web dashboard and iOS / Android application
• Conduct UI / UX audits to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for current app and future features
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI / UX trends and best practices

• Deep knowledge of Figma, including proficiency with auto layout
• Extensive experience designing for both web dashboards and mobile applications (iOS / Android)
• Ability to create and maintain a comprehensive design system
• Strong understanding of UI / UX principles and best practices
• Experience conducting UI / UX audits and implementing improvements

• Knowledge of Arabic RTL (Right-to-left) UI / UX design principles (Very preferred)
• Experience with designing for influencer marketing platforms or marketplace platforms
• Experience with creating user flows for multi-step processes (e.g., campaign creation, influencer onboarding)
• Understanding of responsive design principles for various screen sizes and devices
