Awareness and knowledge of concepts and approaches of assessment in medical education
Knowledge and experience with assessment systems preferably in context of postgraduate specialty education
Skills and experience in examining in context of medical education
Analytical skills in program evaluation preferably in context of postgraduate specialty education
Effective communication and coordination skills
Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills
Leadership and management competencies including organizational abilities and supervision skills

Minimum Qualification

MBBS or equivalent
Postgraduate qualification in one of the medical specialties
Postgraduate degree/certificate in medical education or equivalent

Preferred Qualification

As Above

Expected Skills

Consultant status or at least 3 years' experience post specialty qualification
Experience in management of postgraduate specialty programs
Experience with assessment systems for postgraduate specialty education
