UAE National Sales and Customer Service Associate

We are currently seeking a UAE National Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our growing Customer Service Team. • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring a premium and personalized shopping experience.
• Provide expert product recommendations, styling advice, and assistance with orders to enhance the customer journey.
• Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring timely follow ups.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, buying, and digital operations, to optimize the customer experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and luxury service, embodying the Ounass brand values.

• Experience in customer service, retail, or luxury sales (eCommerce experience is a plus!).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer first mindset.
• Passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle, with a deep understanding of premium brands.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Tech savvy with experience using CRM systems, live chat tools, and eCommerce platforms.
• Fluency in English written and oral is a must.
