Job Description- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and build transaction models
- Support due diligence processes and deal execution
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Monitor portfolio performance and market trends
- UAE National with 2-4 years of experience
- Background in Mergers & Acquisitions or Private Equity
- Strongmand of financial modeling, including experience with LBO structures
