• A Diploma or Certificate in a travel-related course (IATA) is required, with relevant experience in visa handling.
• A proven track record of 2-3 years in a similar role, delivering experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning service quality.
• Knowledge of "FIVE-Star" travel operations with an advanced understanding of travel policy, processes, airline fares, and booking tools.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive nature with meticulous attention to detail to ensure every aspect of the operation is perfectly curated.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills to effectively lead and inspire the FIVE Tribe to new heights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests, FIVE Tribe Members and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

• Provide up-to-date visa and passport information to FIVE members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with travel agents to ensure flawless travel arrangements.

• Guide FIVE members through visa processes for Schengen, US, UK, Japan, UAE and other destinations.
• Adhere to legal requirements, including passports and visas, and stay updated on entry requirements.
• Consult with FIVE members to capture unique requirements and deliver remarkable journeys.
• Coordinate airport transfers and on-the-ground travel for seamless arrivals and departures.
• Work with other departments to arrange group bookings, weddings and special events.
• Estimate travel expenses with strong attention to detail.
• Handle travel inquiries with poise and FIVE-star service.
