Transportation Coordinator - Staff Accommodation

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to manage staff housing transportation services and support resort events.

• Develop and manage daily transportation schedules for staff and guests, coordinating routes for shifts, leisure outings, and special events.
• Assign routes and shifts to drivers, monitor performance, and provide training to maintain high service standards.
• Analyze and optimize routes to reduce travel time and costs using route planning tools.
• Organize transportation for training sessions, resort events, and off site activities, responding to last minute requests and emergencies.
• Monitor vehicle conditions, coordinate with fleet management for inspections, servicing, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain documentation for audits.
• Act as the primary contact for transportation queries, providing prompt and courteous support to staff and guests.
• Maintain records of schedules, incidents, fuel usage, and performance metrics; support budget tracking and invoice verification; prepare reports; ensure compliance with RTA standards.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Facilities, Events, and Accommodation teams to align transportation services with operational needs.

• 3-5 years of experience in transportation coordination or logistics, preferably within hospitality or resort operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in route planning, driver supervision, and fleet coordination.
• Familiarity with transportation safety standards and compliance protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
