2020 Recruitment are working with our manufacturing client who are looking to add Trainee Fabricators to their team in Roborough, Plymouth.
This is a temporary role but a permanent contract will be on offer for those who pass the initial probation period.

The Role
As the Trainee Fabricator you will be part of a growing team that offers the opportunity to develop through the companies NVQ training assessment centre.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the main Fabrication Team
- Working with Engineers on the shop floor
- Cutting, Shaving and labelling parts
- General factory duties
Basic working hours are 07 30 Monday Thursday
OT 25% through the week and on Fri (non-scheduled day) 50% Sat and 100% Sun
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must have the following skills and experience:
- Experience or a genuine interest in Fabrication
- Timekeeping skills are essential
- Willing to work and take on extra duties
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Health and Safety conscious
