The Opportunity

An amazing opportunity for a Trade Marketing Executive to join our team based in Dubai and manage Puig beauty brands Carolina Herrera, Dries Van Noten, Jean Paul Gaultier, Rabanne. The role is responsible for the implementation of all trade marketing activities for the UAE market in line with the Marketing strategy and calendar, within agreed budget, driving brand awareness and boosting sell out across customers and channels. This role is the point of contact between the Marketing team, Point of Sales team, and Commercial teams to ensure the achievement of sales and budget objectives.

What you'll get to do
  • Liaise with suppliers to implement the design, production, and installation of all animations (excluding mega/ pop up animations) as per VM guidelines.
  • Handle animation bookings (excluding mega/ pop up animations) with the malls and local retailers (permit issuance etc.).
  • Manage products merchandising and brand visibility in store and for all animations as per VM guidelines and in collaboration with the Retail Design & VM team.
  • Ensures efficient spending of promotional budget and supervises the trade marketing costs.
  • Manages the temporary point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment ) by finding the most efficient solutions in terms of quality, quantity, and costs.
  • Presents to local retailers the Trade Plan, and all new launches.
  • Forecasts and track new launches, POSM and GWPs.
  • Follow up on POs, payments, and credit notes.
  • Identifies market opportunities and gives feedback to define the promotional plan that best fits each account.
  • Conduct ongoing market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Generate post activation feedback report (on qualitative and quantitative results).
We'd love to meet you if you have
  • 4 years of previous experience in trade marketing, ideally gained within the beauty industry.
  • Degree in Business Administration or similar field strong commercial acumen.
  • Collaborative and ability to work across different teams.
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong time management and operational excellence.
  • Result driven with a passion and curiosity for the beauty category.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
