The Tower Crane Operator is responsible for safely operating tower cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. This role requires precise control, adherence to safety protocols, and coordination with ground crews to ensure efficient and secure handling of loads.
Beyond operation, the Tower Crane Operator conducts routine equipment inspections, reports any malfunctions, and collaborates with site supervisors to plan lifts and mitigate risks. Strong attention to detail, focus, and communication skills are essential to maintain safe and effective crane operations.
Responsibilities- Experience or certification in tower crane operation preferred.
- Ability to interpret load charts, blueprints, and rigging plans.
- Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and math skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination, physical stamina, and comfort working at heights.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible shifts
