I am offering a Temp assignment this April to an experienced Property Manager or a registered Assistant Property Manager.
You will be responsible for assisting with end to end Property Management on a tidy portfolio within a boutique agency.
Starting:Immediate - ASAP
Days: 2 Days per week!
Hours: 9AM - 5PM (flexibility to accommodate an earlier finish - if needed)
Key Details:
- Portfolio's in great condition
- Portfolio size; 90 - Located close to the office
- Software: Property Tree
- School hours available - Can finish earlier than 5PM if needed!
- Must have Property Management experience
- Must be Registered / Licensed
- Flexible hours & days
- Work with a great team
- Top Hourly rates
