Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary (around 5-6 months in length)
Location: Remote (Must live in US)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (standard business hours)
Job Summary: LHH is seeking a Spanish-fluent licensed attorney for a remote compliance and banking investigatory assignment. This role be focused on financial investigations, with responsibilities including legal analysis, drafting and reviewing investigative documentation, and collaborating with project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret financial documents in Spanish
Draft investigation summaries and reports in English
Conduct legal research and analyze financial compliance issues
Collaborate with team leads and project managers
Participate in client meetings during onboarding (this includes billable hours)
Requirements:
Active U.S. Law License
Must reside and work within the U.S.
Fluent in Spanish verbal and written as well as strong in English writing
Ability to work full-time on this assignment
Must pass a background test
Pay Details: $38.00 to $44.00 per hour
