Technical Manager
At Evogreen we're on a mission to create a more sustainable world through innovation and responsible growth.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to help scale our impact and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Enhance plant efficiency by implementing performance-driven methodologies, maintaining strict cost oversight, and ensuring effective use of resources.
- Delegate operational duties and promote streamlined processes.
- Enforce full adherence to UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations along with global compliance standards.
- Perform in-depth technical analyses of various waste materials.
- Design and propose compliant and cost-efficient waste treatment and disposal methods.
- Work closely with clients to deliver technical support and present tailored waste management solutions.
- Act as the central point of contact for suppliers, engineering contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle complex customer issues, providing effective resolutions and preventive measures.
- Coordinate internal and third-party audits, fostering ongoing improvements to environmental systems.
- Drive innovation and operational enhancements through targeted research and development activities.
- Engage with industry advancements by participating in sector events and incorporating leading international practices.
- 7+ years in a similar role of sales in the industrial sector. An MSc degree will be considered as an asset.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong drive to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong understanding of technology and service promotion.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities.
- Experience within a hazardous waste management industry.
