Technical Lead - Salesforce

The Lead Salesforce role will be responsible for building and mentorship of a multi-skilled Salesforce team as well as design and implementing Salesforce solutions for our customers that follow best practices in both IT and Salesforce projects.

• Completion of several Salesforce integration and extension projects in development and technical lead roles.
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Hands on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Implementation projects which included building customized applications using Apex Trigger, Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Components, LWC, Apex Jobs, Integrations, Lightning Flow, and standard configurations.
• Hands on experience in CI/CD Tools like GIT, GITLAB and AutoRABIT.
• Client focused attitude.
• 5 or more years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and system development.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems and CRM.

• Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and write technical requirements documents.
• Manage technical scope and client expectations.
• Lead technical design sessions and write technical design documents.
• Manage the technical delivery of components which involves integrations.
• Provide hands on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues and contribute to delivery.
• Manage the release process on deployment and component validation.
