Responsibilities- Own CEX technical architecture end to end
- Order book, matching engine, settlement system
- Custody integration (Fireblocks, Copper, BitGo)
- VARA Exchange License application (technical sections)
- 5+ years building trading systems (CEX/DEX/traditional exchanges)
- High performance order matching engines
- Custody & wallet infrastructure
- Experience with VARA/MAS/FCA crypto regulations
- Built exchange from 0 to 1
- Smart order routing, liquidity aggregation
- Market making / algorithmic trading knowledge
