Tech Maintenance Assistant - HVAC

What You Will Do
As a Technical Maintenance Assistant, you will help the HVAC Aftermarket Technical team to install, service, repair, and carry out preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems and equipment such as centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, and related components. You will be based in Abu Dhabi and report directly to the Field Line Manager - HVAC, Aftermarket.

How You Will Do It
Focus on maintenance and repair within set timeframes, according to defined processes, service agreements, and customer needs. Complete planned site and customer visits, resolve incoming customer requests, develop positive customer relationships, and document equipment status and work completed thoroughly.

• Good product knowledge and overall system understanding.
• Minimum 3 years' experience.
• High school education with 2 years of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration trade certification.
• Knowledge in servicing, maintenance of cooling towers, pumps, and heat exchangers.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, mainly chillers, brazing, vacuum, and pressure testing.
• Ability to read and understand electrical single line diagrams of HVAC systems.
• Document work completed clearly and promptly submit service reports.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and industry regulations.
• Fluent language skills in English.
• Additional tasks may be defined individually.
