Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella - SALT, Switch, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere, Public, and SOIL.
We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our healthy concept located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The key requirements include:
- Ambitious, outgoing, friendly extrovert individuals who want to advance their careers or are seeking new opportunities.
- A passion for hospitality and providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Experience in Catering and Healthy Restaurant Concepts.
- Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks.
- Communicate directly with guests, present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions.
- Handle customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Support colleagues and show flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Represent the brand professionally and positively.
Our restaurants are busy, so excellent communication skills, stamina for working on your feet, and a passion for hospitality are essential.
