About the Role

You will lead a dedicated team of five:

  • 3 Customer Service Officers managing general inquiries, statements, invoices, payments, credit card processing, and the shared service inbox.
  • 2 Inside Sales Representatives managing quote requests in the ERP system, communicate prices, refer larger opportunities, and close deals.
Your Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor your team to deliver outstanding service and meet sales goals.
  • Jump in to assist with quotes, queries, and urgent customer support when needed.
  • Navigate a blend of urgent tasks and strategic, long-term customer inquiries.
  • Travel bi-monthly between Kewdale WA & Thomastown VIC to build team cohesion and engagement.
