Team Leader - BAS (Building Automation Systems)

About this role:

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Service Team Leader BAS to lead a team of technicians.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building automation equipment focus

• Supporting daily operations for breakdowns and contract servicing

• Operational supervision and support for a small team of apprentices and trades staff

• Contract management and deliverables

• Quoting and small project management

• System diagnostics of BMS controls and HVAC systems

• Troubleshooting, servicing, programming, inspection, and testing of BAS systems

• Motivating the team to maintain and improve customer satisfaction

• Meeting with customers to review assignments and analyze problems

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of related experience

• Electrical License

• Previous experience with BAS systems

• A strong IT background

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong customer focus
