Dungowan Public School (TP2) is located in a rural setting near Tamworth, NSW. The school is projected to have an enrolment of 29 students in 2026, including 4 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. Having celebrated its sesquicentenary in 2024, the school offers a high-quality education within an ideal rural environment. Dungowan Public School is dedicated to fostering a culture of shared learning with other small schools in the Tamworth Small Schools cluster. In recent years, students have achieved performance levels at the state standard in NAPLAN and Check in assessments.
