Talent Manager - Southampton - 28,000- 30,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits package - Hybrid working from home 1-2 days a week - Own transport is essential due to location


We are proud to be working with a multi-million turnover recruitment business based in Southampton, and due to exponential growth over the last few years they are now one of the leading recruitment firms on the South Coast.
They are looking for a Talent Manager to join their hugely successful team and provide support in finding the best talent for their clients in the South.

The Talent Manager will be responsible for:

  • Looking at job briefs from existing clients and identifying / screening suitable candidates through a multitude of platforms
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, preparing them for interviews and managing their journey through to offer stage
  • Proactively sourcing local market knowledge to drive commercial strategies
  • Creating engaging vacancy adverts and candidate attraction campaigns
  • Maintaining compliance, administration records and internal systems
  • Representing the business at company events to build commercial relationships

  • Great communication skills, be results driven, enthusiastic and persuasive
  • Natural relationship builder with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent IT and administration skills
  • Collaborative and supportive nature, always confident in finding solutions and resolutions
  • Proven success in a candidate attraction /resourcing role would be desirable but not essential
