Role DescriptionThis is a full time, on site role for a Talent Acquisition Associate based in Dubai. The Talent Acquisition Associate will manage the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, contribute to developing hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The individual will also assist in maintaining recruitment databases and adhering to overall hiring objectives while contributing to workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Full life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes, with a proven ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Proficiency in conducting candidate screening processes, including effective Interviewing and assessment capabilities.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
- Prior experience with Hiring strategies and workforce planning is essential.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
This a contractual role for 6 months.
