You'll be preparing exciting swim lesson plans and delivering the swim school programme according to the timetable, plus assessing students and updating their achievement records. Of course safeguarding and welfare of students is of the highest priority, and you'll be liaising regularly with parents and school teachers to ensure everyone is happy and any concerns are dealt with.
