DATES & Schedule (call): Monday-Friday, Inpatient Hospital (7:00am-2:00pm) - Outpatient Clinic (9:00am-4:00pm) so will be doing both during scheduled hours. PA/NP Cardiothoracic Surgical Assist Vein Harvesting Experience Required looking for one provider who can work for 2 to 3 weeks back to back for continuity's sake. Provider will be on the call rotation and will take calls from the nurses floor. Experience/certification for assisting Davinci Robotic Cardiac and Thoracic surgeries a plus Caseload: 80% Adult, 20% Pediatric Average patients per day: 6 patients. Staff mix: 8 physicians (2 surgeons in clinic per weekday, 2 RNs, 1 LPN, 2 Front desk) and 9 mid-levels. Level 1 Cardiac facility REQUIREMENTS (state license, life support, DEA, etc.): WA State License or IMLC, DEA, ACLS. EMR SYSTEM: EPIC
