Surgery - General Physician Assistant

Coverage Needed:

• Monthly coverage: Up to 8-9 days of on-site trauma coverage/back-up coverage
• Daily coverage: Monday to Friday, weekend coverage with 8-hour or 12-hour shifts

    • 7a-3p: 2, 3, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31
    • 7a-7p: 1, 2, 14, 15, 18, 23, 24, 28
    • 11a-11p: 1, 4, 12, 18, 19, 28, 29
  • September
    • 7a-3p: 1-3, 6, 7-9, 12-13, 15-16, 20-21, 25-26, 30
    • 7a-7p: 6, 10-12, 18-21, 24-25, 30
    • 11a-11p: 12, 19, 22, 26, 30

Clinical Details:

• Daily patient volume: 10
• Practice EMR: Meditech Expanse
• Support staff: Hospital-based, including techs, nursing, and mid-levels
• Trauma APP coverage for inpatient rounding
• First Assist and PA for critical care rounding

Requirements:

• NH State Licensed APRN or PA
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility required
• Special certifications: ATLS, ACLS required
