This role works collaboratively with the Surgical Services Manager/Director, Robotics Steering Committee, hospital departments, and industry representatives to ensure smooth operations, training, and clinical support for robotic surgical procedures.

About the Area:
Approved hiring range: Minimum $125,000 to maximum $155,000.
This role works collaboratively with the Surgical Services Manager/Director, Robotics Steering Committee, hospital departments, and industry representatives to ensure smooth operations, training, and clinical support for robotic surgical procedures.
The Robotics Coordinator will lead and manage initiatives focused on:
- Education & Training: Facilitating clinical training for surgical techs , first assist , advanced practice providers, and students (FA, surgical tech, PA, NP, surgical residents) across all robotic surgery and bronchoscopy platforms.
- Clinical Support: Assisting intraoperatively as needed and ensuring the provision of safe and effective patient care.
- Program Development & Leadership: Driving performance improvement, customer satisfaction, and professional development initiatives within the robotic surgery program.
- Patient Advocacy & Communication: Acting as a liaison to ensure seamless collaboration among surgical teams and hospital departments.
