We are seeking an experienced Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role and be familiar with customer service and customer support principles.
Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to our customers and resolve any technical issues they may encounter.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all customer requests are handled efficiently and promptly.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar support management role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Strong multitasking ability and high level of patience and empathy when dealing with difficult customers.
- Knowledge of Indian culture is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
