Job Title 
Maintenance Manager - FMCG
Responsibilities- Establish as well as apply maintenance policies and procedures and also upgrade them as necessary.
- Strategy, coordinate, as well as supervise maintenance tasks for equipment repair and installation.
- Monitor devices and spare part supply and also place orders as needed.
- Implement regular preventive maintenance that aims to forecast and protect against equipment failures prior to they occur.
- Implement and control maintenance budget while ensuring best practices in the industry.
- Develop and carry out health and wellness plans and procedures in handling device and equipment.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and contractors, and oversee the implementation of maintenance work negotiations.
- Prepare and follow up daily and monthly reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in food production markets, preferably in flour mills.
- Ability to analyze, process, and recognize problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and methods.
- Solid understanding of computer applications.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
