The Supply Cycle Manager plays a pivotal role in our pursuit of excellence. Their responsibilities encompass consolidating financial and operational inputs from various breweries and ensuring the coherence and accuracy of the consolidated results alongside co-ordination and preparation of the yearly budget cycle. Moreover, they are tasked with guiding and challenging brewery FP&A teams to ensure a consistent approach on critical areas and managing the KPI process.

The role:
- Consolidate monthly/yearly budgets and financial plans from various breweries.
- Build and present comprehensive reports to senior stakeholders.
- Coordination & preparation of yearly budget cycle
- Act as an effective bridge between Finance and Operations functions.
- Challenge and guide brewery FP&A teams to ensure focus on priority areas.
- Ensure data integrity and availability from various sources.
- Analyse consolidated data, highlighting key variances against budget.
- Translate variance analysis into actionable business plans.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company standards.
- Lead special finance projects as required.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve operations.
- Support other team members during peak periods.
Who we re looking for:
- Experience on Finance related to Operations, Production or Logistic fields.
- Experience in consolidating data from multiple sources.
- Experience in an ERP environment is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills; adheres to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Results-focused with strong attention to detail.
