Supply Chain Manager - Pharmaceuticals

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a unique and growing pharmaceutical company based with offices based in Dubai.

This successful expanding and innovative pharmaceutical company manufacture pharmaceutical products in a range of therapeutic areas.

As Supply Chain Manager you will be reporting to the Supply Chain Director and be expected to help support the daily and long term operational and improvement activities within the Supply chain function.

• Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Help in the delivery of cool-chain, controlled drug products to global locations
• Be responsible for key areas of the commercial supply chain including demand planning, purchasing and inventory management, packaging and artwork co-ordination, warehousing and distribution

The successful candidate will have a science or a science related degree along with a strong pharmaceutical and management background. Have previous understanding of LEAN, operational KPI's and experience of supervising employees. A good understanding of GMP and GDP is needed along with strong project management and problem solving skills. You must also have excellent writing, presentation and communication skills and be capable of working in a team.
