Supply Chain Manager
£35-40k plus incentives Doncaster DN3 Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm - positive environment
Supply Chain Manager:
With a construction consumables supplier enjoying continued expansion; you will be working in a small Purchasing team managing the supply chain and supporting the purchasing manager to the required standards, accuracy, efficiency, and performance levels. A variety of tasks include:
Owning the supply chain end to end including international import management
Informing the business of any out-of-stock issues and timelines for resolution
Processing shipping documentation in order that goods can be cleared by the freight forwarder in a timely manner and maintaining regular contact with the Freight forwarder re shipping schedule and maintaining the inbound tracker
Maintaining regular contact with suppliers to ensure the timely expedition of purchase orders, feedback to the purchasing manager any issues where required
Completing purchasing Kpi and Management reports
Requirements - Supply Chain Manager:
Dedicated and recent supply chain management experience (client requests 5 years+ as last role)
Strong experience and evidence of owning the supply chain end to end including international import management for a multi sku SME Business
Strong communication and leadership skills, an ability to balance conflicting demands
Good IT skills, including MS Word and Excel Sage literacy would be an advantage
As well as a salary of between £35k and £40k, benefits include:
