- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including vendor sourcing, negotiation, purchase order processing, and delivery follow up.
- Build and maintain effective vendor relationships while monitoring supplier performance.
- Collaborate with the finance department to verify invoices, match purchase orders with GRNs, and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Assist in reconciliation of supplier accounts, maintaining proper documentation for audits and compliance.
- Track procurement, logistics, and inventory expenses, ensuring proper budget monitoring and cost control.
- Support finance in preparing reports on procurement spend, logistics costs, and inventory valuation.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock reconciliations, and maintain accurate ERP records.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper material handling, movement, and reporting.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and transportation planning.
- Prepare MIS reports, KPIs, and other required reports for management review.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to align material availability with operational and financial requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, logistics and finance processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (mandatory).
- Postgraduate diploma / degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Materials Management (preferred)
- 4+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, accounting, or logistics, preferably in a Paint manufacturing / industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles related to procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP / SAP systems and advanced MS Excel for financial and operational reporting.
- Strong analytical, cost control, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and operational documentation.
- Ability to multitask and support both supply chain and finance functions
