About the role:

Be the key link between Arrotex Pharmaceuticals and major wholesalers, managing inventory, orders and demand planning to ensure customer needs are met and Out of Stocks avoided. With a strong business-partner mindset, you'll anticipate future requirements, drive continuous improvement and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver smarter, more efficient supply chain solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day supply chain activities for key wholesalers, including order entry, credit claims, delivery targets and inventory control to optimise service levels and minimise stock issues.
  • Monitor wholesaler stock levels, support demand planning to improve forecast accuracy and ensure product availability for promotions, new launches and at-risk stock.
  • Act as the primary Arrotex representative at supply chain review meetings, driving KPI management, issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives with each wholesaler.
  • Provide clear, transparent communication on order life cycles, priorities, and expected arrivals; build strong business partnerships across internal teams and external customers.
  • Proactively manage wholesaler complaints, claims, ranging extensions and coordinate projects to enhance wholesaler management and new product launch readiness.
  • Model Arrotex values, maintain a safe and compliant workplace, and support cross-department collaboration and process improvements.
Skills & Experience:
  • 1-2 years' experience in supply chain, logistics or supply planning, gained within pharmaceutical, manufacturing or FMCG environments is highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes from supplier to consumer, with hands-on experience in ERP systems such as SAP, QAD or similar.
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and present data or business cases to optimise systems, processes and wholesaler relationships.
  • Skilled at managing deadlines, conflicting priorities and business planning in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and customer needs.
  • Proven ability to present information clearly and concisely to varied audiences, with experience building strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or related field (APICS or postgraduate study desirable); willingness to travel interstate occasionally to support meetings or training.
