Red Sky Personnel is seeking a Sustainable Urban Drainage Engineer in Peterborough to join a leading civil engineering and infrastructure company with 40 years of experience in the UK. The company specialises in the water, transport, built environment, and energy sectors.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Proactively explore innovative SuDS solutions which could be implemented to create efficiencies.
Develop designs and coordinate multidiscipline teams ensuring standard products are used where possible whilst ensuring British Standards are applied.
Apply fundamental design principles of pipelines (gravity flow), flow in open channels and SuDS features.
Provide input to proposals, work scope, work schedule and budgets.
Prepare Pre-Construction Information files (PCI) as required in the procurement of Ground Investigation Works and Assembly of permanent works on the site.
Required:
Experience in Sustainable Urban Drainage Engineering.
Experience in design of surface water/foul sewer pipelines.
MS Office Suite high competency.
Develop and communicate technical sketches.
Relevant Degree/HND/HNC.
