About Domino's
Domino's Pizza is Australia's largest pizza chain and part of a global franchise network with a strong
reputation for quality, service, and innovation. Our Yass store is a locally owned and operated
franchise dedicated to providing excellent food and fast service to our community. We are seeking an
experienced and motivated Fast Food Manager to lead our Yass team and manage day-to-day store
operations.
Position Overview
The Fast Food Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Domino's store
by implementing the franchisor's operational standards, policies, and marketing strategies. The role
involves managing staff, monitoring performance, ensuring product quality, and maintaining
compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Implement Domino's operational, marketing, and customer service policies to ensure
consistency with franchise standards.
Determine product mix, stock levels, and service quality to meet customer demand and
minimize waste.
Oversee inventory management, supplier orders, and daily stock control using Domino's
systems.
Maintain accurate financial and operational records, including cash handling, daily takings,
and budget reports.
Supervise, train, roster, and support staff, ensuring compliance with workplace and safety
regulations.
Deliver high standards of customer service and resolve customer feedback effectively.
Monitor store performance and implement process improvements to achieve sales and
efficiency targets.
Ensure compliance with Domino's standards, Fair Work, food safety, and occupational health
and safety laws.
Support local marketing initiatives in alignment with Domino's national marketing programs.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Management, or Hospitality, OR at least 3 years
of relevant experience in fast food or hospitality management.
Experience in a leadership role within a quick-service or food retail environment.
Strong operational and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of WHS, food safety, and customer service compliance standards.
