Overview 
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion retail and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Manage all store operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within fashion retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
