Position Objective:Responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers, maintaining store standards, achieving financial targets, and relaying feedback about customers and products to relevant role holders. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion retail market.
Key Responsibilities: Financial:- Drive the store team to achieve store targets and KPIs.
- Ensure store shrinkage is less than 0.2% of sales.
- Conduct regular financial and stock audits.
- Update and communicate the store dashboard regularly.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Manage employee records (leave, passport, performance, conduct, roster).
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, analyzing performance for improvements.
- Conduct team meetings to communicate goals and provide feedback.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Report store performance, challenges, and opportunities to higher management.
- Develop action plans based on performance metrics.
- Manage back store operations and merchandise replenishment.
- Implement security measures to prevent theft and ensure safety.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Manage store expenses, budgets, and financial goals.
- Achieve club apparel, NPS, and DSES goals.
- Maintain relationships with mall management.
- Coordinate with the back-end office team regarding store activities.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, exceeding expectations.
- Manage team performance and conduct.
- Upgrade skills of self and team; create future store managers pipeline.
- Identify learning gaps and address them through training.
- Conduct training for new hires and ongoing product knowledge sessions.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of progressive experience in a customer-centric role with strong management, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proven success in customer engagement and exceeding sales KPIs. A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
