Provides initial training to employees and managers, including initial and recurrent training for all employees.
Monitors the effectiveness of all training. Present in the operation regularly to observe and assess the performance and knowledge of those trained. Creates reports to present observations and findings to managers.
Trains new hires during orientation period on policy and industry-related duties
Provides specific training for managers requesting updates for employees under their supervision.
Maintains accurate training records and files for all current employees.
Follows all safety rules. Observes and reports any unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately to proper authority.
May be requested to perform other duties as assigned based on Manager's needs or airline activity.

Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
At least 18 years of age
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Able to work variable hours, flexible shifts, including holiday and weekends
One (1) year of aviation training experience
Must be able to travel on short notice as needed
Must successfully complete all training requirements and maintain certifications throughout employment
Must be physically fit to perform duties of the job, including but not limited to standing, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
Capable of repetitively lifting to 70 pounds in confined spaces and repetitively
Must be physically fit to perform the duties of the job
Willing to work outside in all types of weather conditions with exposure to loud noises
Must be able and flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays
