We are seeking an experienced Campaign Specialist to spearhead the promotion and management of event-based campaigns, particularly focused on competitions, bonuses, and engagement-driven activities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing campaign strategies, managing event-related promotions, creating competition terms, and collaborating across teams to ensure seamless execution. You will also work with stakeholders to create structured bonus systems tied to the success of each campaign.
Key Responsibilities- Event Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns around competitions, events, and promotions.
- Competition & Bonus Development: Develop clear competition conditions, terms, and rules for each event-based campaign, ensuring legal compliance and engaging experiences for participants.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with design, content, legal, and product teams to produce promotional materials and finalize competition terms.
- Budgeting & Bonuses: Manage event budgets and track bonus distribution based on event performance and campaign success metrics.
- Audience Engagement: Utilize various marketing channels (social media, email, digital ads, etc.) to drive awareness and participation in competitions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze event performance, making real-time adjustments to optimize outcomes and maximize engagement.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to internal stakeholders on campaign success and bonus distribution.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current on best practices for event marketing, competition structuring, and digital engagement tactics to continuously improve results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in event campaign management or promotions.
- Proven experience in creating and managing competition terms and promotional events.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (social media, email, Google Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with tracking and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to develop clear and concise competition terms and conditions.
