Lead high-impact transformation programmes, guiding clients to operational and financial excellence.
A globally recognised consulting firm is seeking a Senior Manager to lead performance improvement and transformation engagements across industries, with a strong focus on energy, mining, oil & gas, and infrastructure.
You will act as a trusted advisor, managing teams, building client relationships, and delivering measurable operational and financial results.
Your Impact Delivery Leadership- Lead client projects from planning to execution, ensuring tangible improvements in operational and financial performance.
- Develop strategic insights and actionable recommendations based on deep analysis of operational, financial, and market data.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Partner with clients to define transformation initiatives, track progress, and measure impact.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, including associates, analysts, and junior managers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex analysis into clear recommendations.
- Champion a culture of performance excellence, operational transformation, and continuous improvement.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and expanding client relationships.
- 6-10 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, or advisory services with at least 2 years leading teams or projects.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex engagements and deliver measurable business impact.
- Experience in technology/digital, energy, mining, oil & gas, industrial goods, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial and operational modelling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Prior consulting or professional services experience is a must-have.
