Job Description- Oversee the implementation and management of HR operational processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
- Manage and resolve employee queries related to HR operations efficiently.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data and timely submissions.
- Conduct disciplinaries and grievances for employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Assist in policy development, job evaluations and ensure proper communication to employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance HR service delivery in the retail industry.
A successful Sr HR Operations Executive should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and local labour laws in Dubai.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools for managing employee data.
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- A collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross functional teams.
- A competitive salary of AED 183,600 to AED 224,400 annually.
